Man, I’m old
While skating today a thought crossed my mind. Instead of using kleenex, why don’t I start using a handkerchief. While I instantly rejected the idea, the fact that it crossed my mind made me feel old. Oh well.
In order to seem a bit more youthful, today’s photo of the day is of my Kona. I am currently pulling the bike to pieces, cleaning, greasing, and fixing the many parts. She will be stuck in the stand for a while as her fork and shock are getting repaired in Montreal. Hopefully, the Kona is enjoying the winter hibernation.

Welcome to no longer being young. I remember the exact moment when that happened to me. I was walking through the mall and passed a group of kids. I noticed their stupid looking clothes (pants around their hips, underwear showing, etc) and thought to myself “man… kids these days”. It was at that exact moment that I knew I was old. I had to sit down as I realized the gravity of the statement and how I now felt.
Now I just yell at people to get off my lawn.

So I guess you’re saying that it’s too late for me.
